My journey into the world of baking began innocently enough, crafting playful cakes for my older brothers when I was just 11 years old. As I grew older, I found myself spending more time in the kitchen, learning the ropes from one of my mom's closest friends. She taught me the fundamentals of baking at home, from prepping treats to mastering fondant.

 

In January 2022, I made the decision to step away from the classroom and explore other avenues to earn some extra cash. That's when I started creating various confectionery desserts like funnel cakes, fried Oreos, and cheesecake bites under the name "Kyn's Sugar Shack." Over time, as demand grew and I became more serious about owning a small business, I transitioned briefly to "The Cake Criminal," though the name didn't quite fit the image I wanted to portray.

 

Around January 2024, I decided to take my passion for baking to the next level. I enrolled in entrepreneurship and small business programs offered by the "Orange Hearts For Makenzi Foundation" and the "Now Foundation." These experiences provided me with invaluable knowledge and resources to pursue my dream.

 

Finally, after much thought and consideration, I settled on the name "WHIPPED DREAMS." It encapsulates my dedication to making sweet dreams a reality for my customers. I'm excited to continue this journey and share my love for baking with you all. Welcome to WHIPPED DREAMS, where every treat is made with passion and care to bring a smile to your face.
